The Hand of Fatima(Hamsa) dates back to ancient Mesopotamia and Carthage and has a plethora of history. The open right hand(Khamsa) is a sign of protection as well as power and strength. So above is below, Tiger Iron (consisting of hematite, red jasper, and tiger eye) holds root, sacral and solar plexus. Thought to give a grounding clarity, attraction, and strength.
